General Purpose: To inform.

Specific Purpose: To inform my audience about how MyFitFoods implements customer service. Central Idea: The three main ways MyFitFoods implements customer services is through personalized service, education, and consistent tasty meals.

Pattern of Organization: Topical and Chronological

Introduction: “Hi….. Can I help you with anything…let me know if you need help…have a good day !” This is how people picture customer service being. They think, the only way customer service is even attempted is if the customer asks the worker for help. Usually a worker helps you without even looking at you, or even smiling which is one of the easiest things to fake these days. Contrary to belief not all companies implement customer service that way, at least MyFitFood does not. I know this to be a fact because I have worked with MyFitFoods for 7 months now. It took me a while to get use to the MyFitFoods way of customer service because I, like you, was convinced that customer service was a “help you when you need it” type of job. Once I worked for MyFitFoods for a week, I realized their way of implementing customer service was very different from other places. Until other companies and stores, MyFitFoods implements customer services through personalized service, education, and consistent tasty meals.
Body:

I. The first main way MyFitFoods implements customer service is through personalized service. A. Greeting a customer three seconds within the time they walk through the door is a good way to personalized service.

1. Introduce yourself to the customer, then ask their name and remember their name.

B. Building report with a customer is good way to personalize service.

1. Begin Asking open ended questions to get the customer talking.

2. Begin Sharing your story and favorites with the customer about your experience with MyFitFoods.

3. Begin Trying to elicit any fitness goals the customer may have for themselves.

[Transition]: Now that you have given personalized service, it is now time to move to the next step, educating the customer.

II. The second main way MyFitFoods implements customer service is through education.
A. Telling the customer about the benefits of the food, is a good way of implementing education to the customer.

3. MyFitFood food provides better energy levels.
4. MyFitFoods food is ninety-eight percent gluten free.
