Demonstrative Communication

According to "Bussinessdictionary.com" (2012), " Communication is a two-way process of reaching mutual understanding, in which participants not only exchange (encode-decode) information, news, ideas and feelings but also create and share.” (Communication). Communication involves the exchange of thoughts, messages or information by speech, signals, writing or behavior. Overall, communication is the way of linking places or people. Without communication organizations cannot operate between employees, levels and departments. Communication is the main function for businesses. Demonstrative communication can be written and nonverbal. According to "Speech Improvement Resources" (2012), "The components of nonverbal communication, eye contact, facial expression, posture, arm and hand gestures as well as head position are extremely vital ” (Non VerbalCommunication Says A Lot). Effective communication is familiarizing yourself with your audience to precisely send the message or communicate it properly so that they understand. For example, lawyers have a certain non-verbal technique they use and a different voice tone while speaking publicly. They use these techniques to generate a reaction out of the person they are talking to and it also is also a well-thought-out useful communication tool. Most people can tell when there message is ineffective because of signs of disappointment, small amount of attention, or the way the audience react. Not paying attention and not being a good listener can also be a reason for ineffective communication. Demonstrative communication can be either positive or negative for the sender and receiver, depending on the message that is being delivered between the persons. For example, listening responsively is one of the most important components to employ in positive communication. Listening sets the base for good communication. When the audience attentively listens and the speaker is engaging and positive, that is how positive communication takes place. Negative communication
