What does the word dementia means:
Well Dementia is used to describe a disability caused by a damage or a disease in the body beyond what me expected from normal ageing. the word ‘dementia’ is linked to the word ‘demented’ and it gives people a image of people being ‘mad’, disturbed, aggressive or dangerous. And that have put a fear in to people of what dementia is and what they should expect of people that have it.
Many people have very little understanding of what dementia is like and what life is like for people who have it.

1) Frontal Lobe :is responsible for decision making , problem solving, control behaviour and emotions
2) Parietal Lobe : Is responsible for our language and identification of places ,objects and people
3) Occipital Lobe: Is responsible for our visual information from our eyes
4) Temporal Lobe : Is responsible for our speech , hearing and memory
