Gawande explores all the reasons of death and he finds that an alternate doctor had given a dose of vitamin K that created blood clots, which caused death. Gawande asked his wife to perform the autopsy to affirm the reason for death. During the operation, Gawande found that a missed aortic aneurysm was was to be faulted something that none of the
