Portfolio of Evidence
In this portfolio, I will be providing example and evidence of the nine skills including problem solving and numeracy, enterprise, team player, business awareness, decision judgement, communication, technology appreciation and self-‐management. In addition, the evidence of applying health and safety at work, knowledge of mission and objectives for the organisation and professionalism and ethics are introduced as well. The example taken from my university studies and workplace will be stated. I am now in final year of my study in University of Hertfordshire about Business administration. Furthermore, in the last summer, I had an internship in HSBC in Hanoi local branch as a cashier. This brief portfolio will provide examples and pictures of evidence, which are suitable for each skill.
Self-‐awareness During my internship, sometimes I asked myself that between customer service and cashier which one I can do better and I really enjoy it. Then I asked my manager if I could swap the job to customer service department for a week. The situation is I have to meet a lot of customer a day. My task is to help them find out which service they are looking for. In action, I have to know all about the branch’s service and guide them to the best one. The result that I get is to know my strength and weakness but I realized I am more suitable for a cashier. Because a cashier needs to be are careful, kind and honest. This skill has improved now I have reached my final year at university.

Problem solving and numeracy
One is main jobs of a cashier is to summarise the money and get the figures up-‐to-‐date. Situation: Sum up the information and analyse the data every day. Task: Collect and store data to excel, note the information
Action: Need to be clear and exact also matching with records and system because all of these are managed under a high security area.
Result: Practising the ability to calculate and interpret information even before I am not good at calculation.
