Actor James Franco from movies such as “127 Hours” and “Spiderman” is recently being sued by one of his own film professors from NYU. James Franco had a reputation of having little attendance to his film class and in the long run received a “D” as his overall grade. After receiving this grade, Mr. Franco was astonished and began making rude comments about his film instructor on different interviews that he had. Some of his comments were, “I didn’t feel like I needed to waste my time with a bad teacher,” and said that his teacher was, “awful”. Because of these comments that Mr. Franco took public, his film instructor, Jose Santana was soon told that he would not be asked to come back and teach film at NYU. Jose Santana believes the school won’t allow him to come back and teach after three years of teaching there because of the fact that James Franco took this comments publicly. Jose Santana, who already sued NYU, is now suing James Franco and saying Franco was a “bully” and that he used his celebrity status to punish anyone who didn’t give into his ways. Mr. Santana being fired from NYU will affect in his search for a job as a professor at a different university In my opinion celebrities do often get their way and things happen in their advantage but seeing that James Franco did have like minimum attendance at his class he did get the grade that he deserve. But, also in my opinion if I was famous I would take some of the benefits to my advantage but not as far as James
