Introduction:
In this research paper I am going to inform you about the desk research I carried out dealing with a service related organization. The organization I have chosen for my assignment is Qatar's Islamic Arts Museum. Qatar's Islamic Arts Museum is considered as home to the World's largest collection of Islamic art. To cut it short, Qatar's Islamic Arts Museum represents the largest museum that is mainly dedicated to Islamic art in the world. In this respect, it is of paramount interest to shed lights on the key aspects about the history of such a unique museum, its legal form as an organization, specify its mission and vision, describe the environmental factors that influence it and identify the products and or services that it offers.
Environmental factors: The birth of the Islamic Arts Museum can be seen as an intelligent and thoughtful plan to fulfill the vision and mission of the Qatar Museums Authority (QMA). The QMA is the official body in charge of the management of all the various museums in the State of Qatar. Thanks to Qatar's Islamic Arts Museum, Qatar Museum Authority (QMA) managed to be" a global leader in the world of museums, art and heritage". As for its mission, the Qatar Museum Authority is seriously preoccupied with developing, promoting and sustaining museums, art and heritage at the highest global standards for community engagement and education. Consequently, the Islamic Arts Museum is seen as a faithful embodiment of the aforementioned mission and vision of QMA. That is, the Islamic Arts Museum is meant to develop and showcase world class collections in world class architecture, be at the forefront of research and innovation, engage in cultural dialogue and educational programs that build bridges between nations and finally foster national pride and engage in cultural diplomacy on behalf of the State.

Vision and mission:
As envisaged and shaped by Prince of Qatar, the Islamic Arts Museum is to be the flagship that promotes and showcases not only the Qatari culture, but also the treasures from across the Islamic world. It also aims to contribute to foster the cultural development in Qatar through being a center for education, information and research into Islamic Arts. In the years to come, the new museum will evolve into a place of learning and a platform for dialogue. It will bring together people of all ages, people living in the local community and visitors from around the world for greater understanding of our cultures through the appreciation of art.
Back in time Journey: Qatar's Islamic Arts Museum will definitely project the vitality, complexity and diversity of Islamic art objects and collections all over the world. Being home to at least 4,500 objects, but only about 850 will be on display at any one time, any local or foreign visitor to Qatar's Islamic Arts Museum will certainly share with the world the exceptional depth and vitality of Islamic art. The museum is exhibiting an art collection dating from the seventh century to the 19th from across the Islamic world and countries that have been influenced by Islamic artistic trends, such as India and Spain.
Museum Collections and Products: The museum also displays metalwork, ceramics, precious stones and jewelry, woodwork, textiles, ivory, examples of Islamic calligraphy, manuscripts, ancient books and portraits of Islamic calligraphy, ancient books and portraits.
