The area that is vague to me is how would anyone think that it is ok for a child below the age of 18 be old enough to be able to consent to sex. It is just immoral to me.
4
Do you find the source credible? Explain your reasoning.
The source is credible because the facts are there to verify what is stated. But the reasons behind the facts are just plain nerve wrecking.

“While age of consent laws are confusing, unequally enforced, and sometimes unfair, most Americans agree that protecting children and young people from sex abuse and sexual exploitation is of utmost importance.”
This statement is what is rhetorical. I think it should be all 50 states and the age to be 18.

There were no none sound fallacies presented in truth. But on my moral level I think it is immoral for a child to be able to consent to sex at the age of 12
