Warranty Policy:

Return Policy:
A RMA number is required for all refunds or returned items. If the item is DOA, you must contact us within 14 days after receiving the item or if the item incurred damage during shipping.
The Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is requested for all refunds or returns. Without this RMA number, we will not accept the returned item. The RMA number will be invalid after 7 business days of issuing date.
