Two cups of Skinless Boneless Pink Salmon
One 8-ounce package of fat free cream cheese
One tablespoon of small pieces of onion
One teaspoon of prepared horseradish
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of liquid smoke
½ cup of chopped pecans
3 tablespoons of snipped parsley
3 steps are necessary to get the log ready.
First, drain the salmon. In a large bow combine and mix the salmon with cream cheese, onions, horseradish, salt, and liquid smoke. Once all 6 ingredients have been thoroughly mixed, place the bow in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
