I am extremely interested in the job role of cabin crew and I feel I would be an advantage to Thomas Cook. I am currently studying a Level 3 Extended National Diploma in Travel and Tourism where I am projected an overall Distinction (equivalent to 3 A Levels). I previously completed Travel and Tourism Level 2 with an added course – NCFE Cabin Crew.
During this course I am presently completing, I have studied many topics including customer service, marketing, event planning, human resources, working overseas to name but a few.
I feel I am a suitable candidate for this job as I am a hardworking, self-motivated individual, who is out going, friendly, approachable, reliable and punctual. I consider myself to have excellent customer service skills. I am very hard working and enjoy meeting new people and the challenges that come from a customer service based environment. I am flexible and adaptable to change and always strive to meet the customers and exceed their expectations. I am always enthusiastic about any task given and enjoy learning anything to develop my skills. It has been a long standing personal ambition to work within the travel and tourism industry, and I would thoroughly enjoy the experience. I feel I have the right work ethic, attitude and personality to meet the demands of this role.
Although I am studying on a full time programme I am also currently employed in a customer service role at the Co Operative and have worked there for 9 months.
