Some of the Strengths that Publix has are making them very strong in which makes them one of the top Grocery Stores in the United States. The first strength is there reputation for service and quality. Publix is a company that devotes to customer satisfaction and exceeding their expectations, for example how employees are always willing to help them with carryout to their vehicle and not accept any tips, employees always willing to go out of their way to find a specific product even if it isn’t within the store.
