Flexibility
Flexibility refers to the range of movement in a joint or series of joints, and length in muscles that cross the joints. Flexibility is variable between individuals, particularly in terms of differences in muscle length of multi-joint muscles. Flexibility in some joints can be increased to a certain degree by exercise, with stretching a common exercise component to maintain or improve flexibility.
A good test for flexibility is the sit and reach test. The aim of this test is to see how far you can reach past your toes. It is measured by a box with numbers on ranging from 0-60. The further you can reach the more flexible you are

Strength
Physical strength is the ability of a person to exert force on physical objects using muscles. Obviously the more force you exert, the stronger you are. Often people with a lot of strength will have larger muscles.
A good test to see how strong a person is, is to see how much weight (in kg), someone can lift in 1 rep. This can be carried out on a bar.

Aerobic Endurance
Aerobic Endurance is one of the main fitness components, important for success in many sports. Certain sports, such as distance running and triathlon, it is the most important physical attribute. In many other sports, including football codes, good endurance is also very important as part of the overall fitness profile.
For this part of fitness, coaches will use the multi-stage fitness test to see how long the athlete can run for. Most professional footballers will be able to complete the test.
