Our Cash-flow includes all the necessary financial data that is needed to calculate the profit or loss of the current years to come.

4.2 NPV Analysis
Our Net Present Value gave us a positive value that is an indication that would be a good business investment to go ahead and go through the venture.

4.3 Rate of Return
Our Rate of Return percent us with a rate of 6.88 that is still good in my view

4.4 Payback Period
Given the current debits and the average annual income we estimated that we would take around 2.24 years to pay of our debits.
