Till date in company profile all the data has been collected and the allocation of all the information regarding product and company is done, need some changes as per the added data collected. In this section we mentioned about the company statement about the product and the type of product along with their features and quality. In this part we also mention the origin of product.
3. Company analysis (swot)

Regarding SWOT analysis till date the swot analysis is completed in this we clearly defined the strength, weakness, opportunities and threat of the product as well as the company, like in strength we mention that the quality of products are high, they are made up with organic flowers, safe and chemical fee products etc. in threat we mention about the availability of product in different countries and the cost as well and the target audience. In opportunity we mention the mass target audience to buy chemical free product. Right market for new innovated product. And in last in threats we mention the risk form the competitors and the preference of the consumer along with the challenges regarding distribution.
Regarding the cost analysis of various export options the request to the export companies have already been send and waiting for the reply form the companies about the same.
Regarding the export management companies all the below mention companies are the export companies in Canada and the request regarding the information on export method and the documents have already been send to them and waiting for the reply.

4. project objective
The objective of our project is to enable neob lavender to utilize free trade agreements to lower export costs so that the savings can be passed on to its customers. We would also like to explore export management companies / export trading companies that it could use to penetrate the US and Asian markets. 5. Analysis of canadian free trade agreements
Canada has free trade agreements are in force with more than 10 countries, which provide a competitive advantage across a wide range of sectors. In addition, Canada has begun negotiations with more than 60 countries, including some of the world’s key markets.
An FTA enables you to compete on a more even playing field with local firms in the FTA partner country. Under an FTA, a range of Canadian goods and services benefit from the reduction or elimination of tariff and non-tariff barriers to trade, such as quotas or technical barriers. It is important to note that each FTA covers different industry sectors and contains different provisions, depending on the FTA partner. For example, some of Canada’s more recent FTAs go beyond “traditional” trade barriers to cover business practices in labour mobility, intellectual property and investment

i. Canada-korea FTA brought into force in January 1st, 2015
The CKFTA entered into force on January 1, 2015. This landmark agreement constitutes Canada’s first free trade agreement in the Asia-Pacific region and provides new access for Canadian businesses and workers to the world’s 15th-largest economy and the fourth - largest in Asia. In fact, the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement is projected to create thousands of jobs for hardworking Canadians by boosting Canada’s economy by $1.7 billion and increase Canadian exports to South Korea by 32 percent. South Korea is not only a major economic player in its own right and a key market for Canada; it also serves as a gateway for Canadian businesses and workers into the dynamic Asia-Pacific region as a whole. ii.
