Interpersonal Conflict
Interpersonal conflict occurs when one or more persons frustrate or interfere with a goal of another person.
Interpersonal conflict can be broken down into two broad categories:
Relationship conflict is conflict between two or more people arising out of personality clashes or emotionally-charged interactions
Task conflict is related to conflicts over policies, distribution of resources or the manner of task completion.For example, let's say you and a colleague are both computer programmers, and together you have been assigned to complete an important part of a software program that must go out for beta testing in a week. You each have different programming techniques. Either technique is acceptable and will get the work done in a professional manner. Unfortunately, you both must agree on the same technique because you both are working on the same part of the computer code. You each want to use your own technique. This is an example of a task conflict.

Intrapersonal is a conflict within your own self. For example, debating on whether you should go to that awesome party or study for the big test tomorrow.

Intergroup Conflict
Occurs among members of different teams or groups. takes place when a misunderstanding arises among different teams within an organization. For instance, the sales department of an organization can come in conflict with the customer support department. This is due to the varied sets of goals and interests of these different
