The scope for this organizational study is limited in national or our country area. The information collected for this year 2011-2012 with
HUL AND P&G. Ltd and study is related to only organizational study of comparative study.
The study is on the profile of the organization.

To analyze the distribution of the HUL and P & G.
To enhance the selling & marketing of products in the company.
III. 3. LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY
I got the very less period to study the Organization process of HUL and P&G can’t be deeply study of the both.
The various limitations are present at the study of HUL and P&G.
The scope of Organization is very large and working area also large so various pr problems are arise during the study.
Time factor is major limitation during the study.
Due to time limitations seniors were not able to draw time for giving information for this Project.
The Manager was not enough time to explain the each and every term of the

The employee of the industry is not provided the sufficient knowledge of his job profile The Company was not involved to me at the time of selecting a medal level employee.
The All Department is having a very personal and important data of the HUL AND P&G that’s why they are not update on the internet.
