High school vs. College
Our childhood is normally known as the most happiest and carefree time period in our life. There always comes the time when a young teen starts questioning themselves, “What am I going to do in my life?” Many teenagers today understand the importance of education for their future and think of going to a college or working after graduating high school.
High school and college are similar in some ways. One way that they both are similar is that you are able to choose the subjects you are interested in and would like to study and some people even experience strong peer pressure. There are many more ways though, in which high school and college are very different from each other. High school is mandatory and mostly free of charge unless attending a private school. There are tons of people such as your parents, school counselors, different social organizations that help you throughout high school in many different ways. These people help you study even if you are not very motivated and help you through any times needed. High school and college tend to have more differences than similarities.
Things are completely different with colleges. They are not mandatory and usually are very expensive, unless you are rewarded with a scholarship. In college you are the one who takes all the responsibility for your own grades. High school students usually live with their parents and tremendously depend on them financially and physically. College students live on their own in dorms on the campus or in a rented apartment and have to solve all everyday problems that they come across themselves. All
