There are no wrong answers, only right answers to different questions. What is the meaning of life? Life is the longest thing you’ll live to be, life is the shortest thing you’ll ever see. Religion claims to have the “answer”, the answer “claims” to have science. If I were to choose one unanswered question or an unresolved problem to investigate it would be in the simplest of terms to explore the true meaning of our existence. My inquisitiveness of the abstract has profoundly affected my life and the lives of my life. I believe that in order to find the meaning of life, we (as scholars) must first answer a simple question on which humanity lingers, always afraid of what it may or not hold… what is the meaning of death? These two quizzical and nonsensical inquiries will absolutely bestow upon the feeble minded individuals we so proudly proclaim to be unlimited knowledge and possibilities. Our experience of the universe, our planet Earth, and the history of humankind incessantly presents mysteries which consume the time and effort of minds, generations, whole ethnicities, and religions… without compensation. A wish is a feeling, a strong desire, an immense feeling of hope, that something probably improbable will happen… and quite frankly I do not wish to conduct any research in my studies concerning this, and the only thing I hope to gain from this inquiry is a better understanding of myself.
