The Cold War dates before and after 1945. It started as a result of different forms of beliefs between conservative and social democratic parties in Europe, and the balance of power that each of these parties acquired. After the defeat of Hitler's war, the heroes disputed the throne for a new world power. The two superpowers, the United States and the Soviet Union started in the elaboration and piling of missiles and nuclear weapons trying to overshadow each others economic possibilities by creating the ultimate nuclear weapon; the atomic bomb.
The declaration of war by the Soviet Union on Japan made the Soviet Union enter Korea and attack Japanese forces. With the war coming to and end the USA reconsidered its future interest in Asia and came to the conclusion of sharing Korea with the USSR. The soviet Union occupied Korea to the north and the U SA occupy Korea to the south. When the military occupation of the south was set up, koreans cheered because Japanese rule was finally over. In the north, the People's Assembly of North Korea was formed and under the supervision of the Soviets, Kim 11sung became chairman. The Korean war ended in a draw.The United States found itself increasingly supporting it's European allies in Asia and Africa. Stalin equally forced to support the Chinese communist party' under the ruler Mao Zedong against its US backed ruler Chiang kai shek. Massive inflation weakened Chiangs supporters and in 1949 Mao proclaimed the People's
