Overview When implementing new systems within an organization, there is a lot of planning that goes into it. This is a process with many steps. A compliance system is used to encourage legal and ethical behavior within the company. With this system, we will be able to prevent, detect, and respond to actions that are not up to our moral standard. This system will be put into place to protect both the company and its employees. Not only will managers be required to train on the platform, but also the set of new policies that accompany the system. All managers are expected to train for a minimum of 10 hours total towards learning the compliance system. The training for the new compliance system will be referred to as Operation Comply. Upon completion of the training, management will then train those in their departments what they learned about the system on the job.
Stakeholders
There are numerous stakeholders involved directly and others that might be affected indirectly. Each department manager at every branch will be a stakeholder in this project because they are participating in Operation Comply. The organization as a whole depends on the managers successfully completing training and carrying that knowledge to their workers. The CEO will play a stakeholder space because evaluations will be sent up to the top to determine how well the training is going.
Objectives and Evaluations The main objective of Operation Comply is to successfully train all management on the new compliance system. This is necessary for the system to be operated effectively and efficiently all while in agreeance with the new set of policies. Implementing the new compliance system will better the organization as a whole while promoting efficiency and integrity.
