Describe the types of communication tools that you could use to effectively manage your project communication in a large multinational project. Communication is necessary in being successful in communicating the progression of ongoing projects. The types of communication tools that could be used to effectively manage project communication in a large multinational project would be tools that would be through the usage of landline and wireless phones, internet connection for emails, instant messenger, and video conferencing. The tools I have seen that have been implemented successfully are tools that are called Sametime instant chat and Microsoft Lync. Both tools have been utilized effectively on my job to be able to communicate professionally between colleagues. Employees are able to send text, pictures, videos, Microsoft Office documents through these tools for instant communication and to share information that is needed to benefit towards the company’s success.
