You have been a Police Constable for about 14 years, yes? That is correct.
For the first 7 years, were you on traffic duty? Yes I was.
Then the last 7 years you have been on the homicide squad, correct? Yes I have been.
In the 7 years you were on the homicide squad, you spent your time on 2 cases that are still unsolved. Wouldn’t that question your ability to solve homicide cases? Yes, but they wasn’t enough evidence.
[Then why didn’t you hand them over to a different squad member?]
You seem very eager to solve a case, especially his one. Why is that? The evidence is clear and that means it’ll be easy to find the murderer
The proper police procedure is to interview all potential witnesses that are present in the case. Yet, the only potential witness you interviewed was Dr.Kimball. Why is that? The evidence strongly pointed to Dr.Kimball so I felt it wasn’t needed too.
You even stated that the reason you didn’t interview any other witnesses was because “ you believed Dr.Kimball had admitted to murdering his wife.” Doesn’t’ that mean you were already confident that you knew who committed the crime? Yes, like I said the evidence was pretty clear.
Regardless of what you think shouldn’t the procedure always be followed through? Well yes that is true.
Now, when Dr.Kimball stated that “This would have never happened if she had not cheated on me,” did you ask him what he meant exactly? No I did not.
Why not? I thought it was pretty explanatory.
You stated that there was no sign of a sexual assault or of a break in; did you check around the rest of the house to see if the murderer got in through another way other

Case Briefing: Rita Peatie got injured at a Wal-Mart, and Rita Peatie is suing Wal-Mart for “recovery” of the injuries she sustained from Wal-Mart’s “negligence” (Clarkson, K., Miller, R., & Cross, F., 2015). “Recovery” is where when either the “plaintiff(s) and/or…
care organizations are put into place to help people. They are all be a little different. The same is true for Frontier Behavior Health, The American Red Cross, and John Hopkins Hospital. It is important for any type of health care facility to have a way to monitor and manage performance as well as ensure that they are in compliance with the laws. They all need some kind of leadership and a good communication system put in place to align the organizations goals. Compliance with regulations and risk…
reality that can readily be attributed to general indifference from the public where the context of rights and inmates intersects. While prisoners are incarcerated for breaking the law of an otherwise civilized society, the masses find it difficult to extend them the same rights as they had outside prison once they cross that socially unacceptable line, however, criminals are still legally mandated to receive a certain level of civil liberties despite their transgressions. and the Effects they have on the Law Dylan S Kapp Lebanon Valley College History and Significance All patients have the right for their health care information to be private. This concern is very significant in today’s society. There are multiple reports and cases recently presented that show apprehension about healthcare and their duties. With accumulating laws being passed and the famous “HIPPA” law already established, numerous lawsuits…
questions, Mendel next investigated two characteristics at a time. For example, he crossed plants with yellow round seeds and plants with green wrinkled seeds. The results of this cross, which is a dihybrid cross, are shown in Figure below. This chart represents Mendel's second set of experiments. It shows the outcome of a cross between plants that differ in seed color (yellow or green) and seed form (shown here with a smooth round appearance or wrinkled appearance). The letters R, r, Y, and y represent…
Lab 2: Mendelian Genetics Why do you share traits similar to the ones that your parents have? Why is it that a certain trait that your father has was passed to your siblings, but not to you? These questions were asked for hundreds of years. Traits are simply different forms of a character. For instance, AB and O are two different traits for the character blood type. Black hair and blonde are two different traits for the character hair color. Heredity is the passing of traits from the parents to…

and a mutant rosette form. Relative to normal plants, the rosette form is shorter and takes longer to flower. The mode of inheritance of the rosette gene was tested by crossing two true-breeding plants, one of each form. The F1 generation was then cross-pollinated to produce an F2 generation. The phenotypes of each generation were recorded and a chi-square test was performed. The F1 offspring were almost entirely standard form, and the F2 followed the Mendelian ratio of…
death on the cross was a form of substitution because he took our place by dying for our sins. Christ's death was our substitution so that we wouldn't pay the price of death and our sins were forgiven. Finally, the death of Christ was a legal act. Sin is breaking the law of God and Christ's substitutionary atonement was a satisfaction of the law of God. 3. Explain how this topic is important to understanding what Christ did on the cross-min 40 words Christ's death on the cross was a form of…
