There is nothing better than a fresh powder snowfall and every truly dedicated skier or snowboarder anticipates that first snowfall as much as they do Christmas morning. The Human Development Index is a composite statistic used to rank countries by level of "human development". The Human Development Index is a comparative measure of life expectancy, literacy, education and standards of living for countries worldwide.
