1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
SIP ON is one state of the art CAFÉ that is becoming a daily necessity for the beverage lover, a place to dream of as you try to escape the daily stresses of life and just a comfortable place to meet your friends or just to spend some quality time, all in one. The sip on café is providing its customers best place to hang out and enjoy the music with luxurious environment. Enjoy beverages both hot and cold with some delicious treats such as chocolate brownies, cupcakes, pastries and much more. The SIP-ON offers its customers the finest hot and cold beverages, specializing in specialty coffees, blended teas, and other custom drinks. In addition, SIP-ON will offer soft drinks, fresh-baked pastries and other confections.

Ms. Sana Shabbir has the biggest share of 40% share in the company then the rest of the two has the same share of 30% each of Mr. Farooq and Mr. Hammad. The owners have collectively invested three million rupees in the business. That means Ms. Sana Shabbir has invested 0.9 million in the business. While Mr. Farooq and Mr. Hammad has invested 0.8 million rupees in the business. The place is on rent but rest of the things and equipment including tables, chairs, machines and equipment, pool table, electronics etc. are personally purchased on cash (no liability).
2.2 COMPANY HISTROY:
The owners while being in a single degree program of Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA). The institute from where they graduated was named as NUML (National University of Modern Languages). The three friends wanted to do the business after the completion of their degrees. Ms. Sana Shabbir has done BBA in marketing, Mr. Farooq complete BBA in Finance and Mr. Hammad has been specialized in Human resource. So there was a golden opportunity as the three were specialized in the three major fields in the business. As there are no such CAFÉ in the selected area so the partners decided that they will start off with the Café Business in the heart of the shopping area as there are many people visiting in week days and specially in weekends so it’s a really a good opportunity to open in a such a area. The area is Bahria Town Phase VIII near RABI Center and CHINA

They need snack as well as beverages to drink to rejoice and also such a setting place where they can relax and spend quality time.
YOUTH: young people have to make many plans and visit different places to have fun. So they are offered such things and environment where they sit back relax and can make gossips and their long chats. By listening to music and surfing high speed internet. Playing and challenging others in the game of pool.
WORKING CLASS: Many of the people, after having a stressful and hard work day needs to have some leisure time. So they are welcomed here and can enjoy themselves. They are provided with music, drinkables, free WIFI, eatables and especially relaxing environment.
SHOP KEEPER: The shop keepers are also offered to get our products. SIP-ON can deliver them in their shops all the drinkables and eatables. They can also enjoy it while keeping their business in continuation.
EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE: the nearby schools and colleges are also in marketing segment. As they have much time to spend and enjoy themselves.
