The purpose of the job description is to give information to prospective employees about what the job is actually doing and what kind of stuff they have to do and what typed of responsibilities and duties that will be expected as part of that job. Also different organisations will have their own information.

Person specification prepared: After the job description prepared, they will begin the person specification prepared and check what specification they need from the employees.

Location in management line: a person need to know where is the work and job going to be , and its has to be giving clear detail and information of the place and about how senior the post holder will be. and help the applicant to work out whether they are suitable for the knob or not.
Essential and desirable characteristics: the person specification will list the thing what the person need to be able to perform the role.
Physical characteristics: have to make sure people have a heathen and physically fit or have to know what kind of illness and problem they have.

Attainments qualifications and general intelligence: set ail and information of the education level and qualifications that what people should have.
Previous experience: must be done in one way saying that they does not discriminate against older or younger employees.
Special aptitudes: some typed of job they need the people have like special skills that for the job and need to have, other wire they wont be able to do the work well.
Temperament and personality: when people applies for the job and needs to be able to demonstrate a certain typed of personality so indicators will be able to help the applicants understand what is required.

Candidates invited for interviews/ selection tests: for the people who has the right education and who doing well in the interview , and they have to do the last test which is the final test before they can get the job. and if the people who pass the test and the interview they will get a job from the company .
