Strategy Plan Part I Conceptualizing a Business
Starting a business in the catering industry can be one of the most challenging aspect of the organizational journey. With that being said the managers and executives at N & B Catering is committed to focus is on dynamic, sporty and healthy food and service. We intend to introduce a touch of international cuisine combined with original and creative components promises just the right balance between innovation and tradition for a unique and memorable experience.
In this paper I will outline the analysis of N & B Catering strategic plan which will explained descriptive procedure of the store's mission, vision, and values primarily how each process align with the products and services we will provide for the customers. Most importantly I will discuss the guiding principles or values will be considered in the topics of culture, social responsibility, and ethics.
About the company:
N & B catering is a newly open restaurant located in the quiet suburbs of Windsor Connecticut. The brand is looking to increase its operation into the city of Hartford and possibly beyond Connecticut. The culture and rich history in these locations for the business will have a large impact on the moral and ethical decisions made by the company especially since Windsor is the oldest town in Connecticut.
The individuals and the administrators of the state where N & B Catering operate do have a straight affiliation on how the business should go on honorably and decently. This is one goal N & B Catering spent quality time with their employees to uphold the acknowledge business principle. Protocols and recommendations are in place and require organization consent so that unnecessary problem can be avoided.
Mission
The company's mission is to stimulate management within the company through inquiries, instruction, and on site job training to help young individuals and grownups acquire and obtain awareness through volumes that illustrate the establishment's operation which provides information to the societies and persons who want to utilize their talent within the field and extend personal development and business ethics.

The vision N & B Catering has is mind is a very unique yet approachable strategy. Our wishes are achieving happiness in taste, quality, and service of our existing and potential customers. We strive to not only meet your expectations but to exceed them since our main priority is satisfying the needs of our customers. Ethics, Culture, and Social responsibility
An official code of principles, beliefs, and societal obligation is to maintain N & B Catering. The code of ethics is in unity with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and rules and is grounded around the utmost ethical standards. All the staffs at N& B Catering are required to abide by this code. Respectively staffs in different line of business like line manager, and upper management will adhere as well to the cultural differences, and spiritual principles within the community population.
