Annual Growth:
There are two common measures of growth. Year-on-year percentage growth (annual growth %) uses the prior year as a base for expressing percentage change from one year to the next. Over longer periods of time, compound annual growth rate (CAGR) is a generally accepted metric for average growth rates. To me annual growth simply depicts an organization's growth over a year. It is usually calculated by % change from one year to another.
Advertising:
Is "the placement of announcements and messages in time or space by business firms, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and individuals who seek to inform and/ or persuade members of a particular target market or audience about their products, services, organizations, or ideas?" I think this is the ability to present a product or service to consumers.
Advertising Agency:
An advertising agency is an organization that provides a variety of marketing communications services to clients seeking assistance in their marketing activities.
To my knowledge this is an organization in which takes up the responsibility of advertising.
Authentic Brand:
An authentic brand is one that delivers on its promises in a sincere and engaging way.
Brand:
A brand is a name, term, design, symbol, or any other feature that identifies one seller's good or service as distinct from those of other sellers. This is used to differentiate a product or from any other in a specific market. Brands are used to set quality and identity.
