United Luxury Housing LLC. (Hereinafter referred to as “ULH” or “the company”) prides itself on being one of the fastest growing property management companies in the United States. ULH owns and or manages luxury apartment communities in

The old hardware is unable to support newer software and the newer hardware is not backwards compatible with the older software.
Examination of the current network concludes that the computers at the two older properties will need to be replaced with up to date hardware, and the legacy server and server software will need to be completely replaced as it is well beyond end of life. Several of the newly acquired properties have newer PCs and can simply undergo re-imaging with updated software.
ULH will need a series of network and server infrastructure upgrades. The upgrades are required to reduce the bottle neck causing poor performance and difficult manageability. ULH’s acceptance of credit cards make maintaining PCI compliance a priority as well. Prior to the upgrades taking place the existing server will need to be backed up. The company is seeking network upgrades that will increase productivity through easing network management, increasing performance and scalability, all while maintaining compliance. Discussions began about the best options to properly meet ULH’s needs, requests, and friction points. Cost and benefit analysis of cloud or server virtualization versus replacing the server are being drawn up for the proposal. Documentation will be provided to support the solutions offered. An analysis of the proposed solutions will address how the issues will be properly addressed. Lists of goals and objectives will itemize required hardware and prices.
