Repeatedly I offered and pushed on MDRS the white copies from both my log books, and my truck inspection reports. He refused to accept my documents because he knows that by accepting them he would have been forced to repair his truck before he could move it as it was red tagged by the previous driver.
A CDL driver is severely punished both by State of Florida DOT, DPS and FMCSA and US DOT for Refusing to hand over daily CDR driver duty logs and or Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports when requested by any commercial carrier he or she works as it is a serious violation of many US DOT and FMCSA as well as many Florida State DOT regulations and laws.
It is very suspicious that MDRS did not soon after I served them with 3 USPS Certified RRR demand letters, (Please see Exhibit #8 certified mailing Sent MDRS) make sure to notice that MDRS failed to file nor make appropriate complaints with State of Florida and Federal authorities regarding their alleged claims that It was I that failed and refused to provide them with their white page original s of both "DAILY DRIVER DUTY LOGS" and of the Driver’s Vehicle Inspection Report.
Consider Why would MDRS not answer my 3 USPS Certified RRR demand letters, (Please see Exhibit #8 certified mailing Sent MDRS) by duly and timely requesting my "DAILY DRIVER DUTY LOGS" and of the Driver’s Vehicle Inspection Reports? Carriers are required by FMCSA to request and then demand the above named logs and inspection reports from CDL drivers that all missing logs or reports must be turned in via USPS mailing or notices that the CDL driver must sign receipt of.
In fact these types of violations are so serious that they call suspension of CDL driver's driving privileges.
For example MDRS could have forever barred me from driving Commercial Vehicles by having filed a proper a complaint against me.
Repeatedly I offered and pushed on MDRS the original white copies from both my log books, and my truck inspection reports. He refused to accept my documents because he knows that by accepting them he would have been forced to repair his truck before he could move it again, as it was red tagged by me the previous driver. MDRS own created financial interests are powerful reasons why he would refuse to take them from my hand; A Heavy truck books a range of 140,000 miles a year, Trucks like MDRS #213, which used in inter-state commerce need lots of routine mechanical maintenance, and it is one of the carriers’ largest expense after paying for fuel.
Truck maintenance is of such importance to protect the traveling public that all carriers are required to keep and maintain regular and required mechanical maintenance records so as to show State and US DOT inspectors and accident investigators. Moreover, When a CDL driver red tags a vehicle for example, a certified mechanic must sign off the CDL Drivers’ vehicular inspection report before the truck can go on the road again, please see the written statements at the bottom of Exhibit # 9 Driver’s Vehicle Inspection Report. It is my assertion that On Jan. 10th, 2012 I also was fired for trying to force Mr. Rodriguez to take my last inspection reports, which would have required him to fix truck #213 defects, which is in addition to the fact that I have previously twice as well refused to drive past FMCSA HOS.
Previously I have I already provided you with copies of the white pages of my original "DAILY DRIVER DUTY LOGS" logs which will verify all of my claims, I am enclosing copies of them again. Please see Exhibit #10. I have the originals of these documents in my file, which I offer you for examination and which I need for my lawsuit.

REGARDING MDRS DAILY DRIVER DUTY LOGS records for truck 213 and for trailer 1010, dated 12/24/2011 to 12/27/2011 and for 01/16/2012 to 01/18/2012. Please see Exhibit #11
What does the fact that MDRS produces "DAILY DRIVER DUTY LOGS" for 01/162012 TO 01/18/2012, which look like manufactured logs, written after the fact of an
