We are working extremely hard to make sure we are able to get a great head start with the grand opening of our K.S.C. Record store. It is my absolute pleasure to work with you and receive all your brilliant ideas for now and future references based on the success of our small business. As indicated in our first meeting I want to go ahead and break down the internal functional needs of our business so that we are on the same page. In addition we want to be able to dramatically enhance its internal functions so that we can immediately serve effectively to our customers.

Objective
To discuss five great information systems including, Office automation system, management information system, decision support system, expert system, and finally supply chain management system. I will go over the systems that will work to our advantage and discuss each disadvantage of each information system. In response to this correspondence we will implement these effective information systems that will benefit our business most for success. Success of this business project is dependent not only on the systems, but also on your personnel's skill, effort, and willingness to work as a team.

Business Summary
K.S.C Records has been developed to provide our customers with a chance to connect with the social world of music. The music that people have grown to love since the very beginning of time; from old school Hip-Hop and R&B to the new edition of Reggae, Hip-Hop, R&B, New Gospel, and Jazz. We are striving to help our customers discover music that even their late loved ones have enjoyed in their time. K.S.C will connect universal to enable suppliers to buy and sell their music throughout our store. In effort to achieve our goal we have to implement the information systems that work for us and our company best. The first thing we need to do is to understand what exactly Information System is. According to Webster dictionary, an information system is a system consisting of the network of all communication channels used in an organization. K.S.C Records employees will be instructed to make use of information systems on a daily bases to help allocate management with accurate and crucial information, place orders with suppliers and all at the same time ensure that we are able to satisfy our customers. We want to build relationships with loyal and potential customers at all time. This means we also need to demonstrate excellent customer service. The information systems will create a host of areas that will manage daily operations and continue the timeline development of growth and success in K.S.C Records. The five effective IS areas we will focus on concerning the office automation system, management information system, decision support system, expert system, and supply chain management system will deliver a smooth transaction from the customers to the employees to management and back to suppliers. This information structure will keep track of activity reports, tracking of credit card or debit card approved sales, payroll processing, and finally sustain K.S.C Record’s budget and still keep consistency in staying ahead of the competitors. We will offer a website that will allow the customers to communicate with employees in finding help locating the most difficult genres of music. employees and management can save time when totaling the final sales month to date (MTD) or daily because the systems allows automated processes, remote working conditions and communication, and storing and protecting information; both for our customers and K.S.C
