Introduction
The Chief Quality Officer (CQO) asked the quality team to follow up on the facts that were called to the attention of the office. Some of the facts are the company does not have maternity or paternity leave benefits, parents that have small children are more than likely late or absent, and the company has low morale (Lumsden,
Lumsden, & Wiethoff, 2010). A cause-and-effect diagram will aid with identifying the problems as well as analyzing the issues. It will be important for the quality to come up with solutions to the issues from the set of facts that are conducive to the implementation and assessment plans.
