Little League: Play Ball!

For my diorama on my book I am doing the scene of the boys on the team excited in the dugout because they were about to take the little league world series. This book was a very intense book and strongly wrote. It was about a 11 year old boy named Josiah that was growing up with baseball in his life twenty-four seven. His team was the mid-atlantic team for the little league world series. His cousin Ryan Ortega was onthe same team too and they had became bestfriends through their time spent together. But, they fought really hard battles to get there and they kept fighting those battles and they eventually reached the final game. Before they got this far though the boys on his team and him faced different challenges such as being faced with a loss of a teammate because of his family moving and the loss of another player because of an illness.

On first hand, the boy Ryan that was going to move to California was very scared because that would mean he was leaving the team he has been on for his

whole life that his cousin josiah had been on with him. When his parents break the news to him he is completely crushed because it is the week before his team is going to the World Series. His sister however is completely happy because she is into fame and glamour and wants to go to Hollywood and get “famous”.
However, Ryan convinced his parents to stay because of his love for the game.
So after they don’t leave another boy gets a serious condition which causes a great disruption in the other boys on the teams faith.
