1. As a legend herself, and under constant criticism about her body and how she looks, posing in the issue gives Barbie and her fellow legends an opportunity to own who they are, celebrate what they have done and be #unapologetic.
Being a model has painted the way for women like Tyra anks and Hiedi Klum , and now for Barbie. Barbie has had over 150 careers, and being beautiful has helped her along the way. So being unapologetic about how she got her success is ok. Barbie is, nott he only female who presents themselves as “unapologetic”. Rihaan who is peecieved as a girl named her album Unapologetic. Chodini says that Rihanna’s and their campaign are differet but they have the same message. Rihanna did said that he named her album unapologetic there is only one truth, and you can't apologize for that," Rihanna told WWD.
"It's honest. I'm always evolving of course. I think the only motto I have is to be true to myself." I believe this message can apply to Barbie because she ahs been evolving over the years and it has led to success for her and her brand. Both these women have people who love and endure them, and other who despise them, but tjat comes with the success. Chidoni says that t"This program is about underscoring who you are, being unapologetic about who you are and celebrating that alongside all these great women and legends who are more than just pretty faces," Chidoni said. Barbia is showing the world she is more than just a pretty fac that she is a successful women. That she is not going to apologize because people can not stand the way she looks. With her hand on her waiste in that pose she is looking very unapologetic. Now, she is showing everyone her success and will not care what other think about it.

2. Mattel is trying to do for Barbie what Sports Illustrated has sought to do for years on behalf of the issue: leave behind perceptions of babes in bathing suits and compare Barbie to swimsuit alumna like Ms. Banks, Ms. Brinkley, Kathy Ireland, and Heidi Klum, who are celebrated for their accomplishments as entrepreneurs and career women. These women are successful. After being models they all went to explore new oppurutnites,. Tyra Banks is now a television hostand author .Hiedi Klum is known for being a fashion designer and a televiosn producer. Kethy Ireland is known for her Entreprenuership in furniture. Her collection is sold all over the country at Raymore and Flnning. Barbie has 150 careers.,and now following in these ladies footsteps . Mattel Inc has released an entrepreneur Barbie. Chidoni said Mattel is also partnering with various organizations, including the Girl Scouts, to create video stories of successful female entrepreneurs. These will be available in the summer on Barbie.com and on Barbie's YouTube channel Michelle Choibini We always try to make career Barbie a reflection of the times," said Chidoni. "Women entrepreneurs are more prevalent now and they're growing in number. [It's] a great way to encourage girls to also learn about this role." The main ting to take from Barbie and others like Tyra Banks is that with success come people who adore you and people who will hate you. You have to show them that your successful and proud of yourself. As you can tell by Barbie’s pose she is proud of herself and she does not care about what others think of her.

Barbie is the most feminist doll amongst her rivals.
Barbie’s image and success has led to feminist. That her body is to perfect and that
