ASX Game Report for ‘Brianna’
Completed by: Ursula Nicol
Trading Plan:
Our trading plan was to purchase many shares that were fairly cheap in various companies/organisations (mainly focusing on companies in resource and material) in hope for an increase in each. As a result, it gave us some diversification and more chances of a profit instead of sticking to one area (for example: all of our shares coming from companies that specialise in retail).

Portfolio Reasons:
One reason we bought shares was because of the company’s share price/value kept rising, which would result in a profit if it continued to increase- “jumping on the boat” while its value was high and its price was fairly cheap. Another reason was so that our portfolio value would increase, the outcome being that our company would gain a higher ranking in the Share Market Game. One reason we sold shares was also due to the price/value increase, which would result in a profit. Another reason as to why we sold our shares being that they were not making a profit and instead decreasing in value, causing loss of money.
