Please explain here: According to my Diet Analysis +10 and Choose My Plate, I did not meet this guideline. On Diet Analysis +10's 3 Day Average, it shows that my saturated fat intake is double than the highest suggestion amount, and my aded sugars is 10% more than the suggested amount. On the Choose My Plate's Nutrients Report, it shows that I intake 10% more saturated fat, 55 mg over the suggested amount of salt, 94 mg over the suggested amont of cholesterol, and 25g added sugars per day. Even through I inktae a varety of nutrient-dense foods and beverages without drinking any alcohol, I still not meet this guideline because I fail to limit the intake of saturated and trans fats, cholesterol, added sugars, and salt.

Please explain here: According to my Diet Analysis +10 and Choose My Plate, I did not meet this guideline. Compare Choose My Plate and the USDA Food Pattern, I intake less amount of vegetables other than starchy categories and other categories. I only intake 50% of the dairy under USDA Food Pattern, and I intake 2 times more on seafood. So I definely not meet this guideline.

The suggested amount of vitamin C on Diet Analysis +10's 3 Day Average is 75mg, and I intake 141.19mg per day. In Choose My Plate, the have the same suggested amount as the Diet Analysis, and the said I intake 78mg per day. Either of those shows that I meet this guideline.
