Communication: Ferguson has great communication skills, he knows how to communicate with different players, Leaders must be able to communicate to their followers in order to persuade them and convey their vision of what is to be achieved and he doing just that. If some of the players are finding it difficult he will try finding a way to explain it to them.
Organisation of equipment: Ferguson is so organised because before every match he sets up a drill that will help his team to warm up right, he also does it in the training sessions because he always wants the players to be on the move and just get on it and do it.
