Some people are calm and relaxed, and others are regularly nervous and anxious;

some are warm and friendly, while others are hostile and aggressive; some people are

organized, neat, and fastidious, while others are disorganized, sloppy, and scattered. So

that said I have discovered my big five as above the norm in conscientiousness and

extraversion. I am equal to the norm in agreeableness and openness to experience. And

finally, I am under the norm in neuroticism.

For conscientiousness I am above the norm as stated above. This is more

efficient/organized vs. easy going/careless. Meaning I have more of a tendency to show

self-discipline, act dutifully, and aim for achievement; planned rather than spontaneous

behavior.

For agreeableness I am equal to the norm as stated above. This is

friendly/compassionate vs. cold/unkind. I have equal tendency to be compassionate and

cooperative rather than suspicious and antagonistic towards others.

For neuroticism I am under the norm as stated above. This is sensitive/nervous

vs. secure/confident. I am below the tendency to experience unpleasant emotions easily,

such as anger, anxiety, depression, or vulnerability.

For openness to experience I am equal to the norm as stated above. This is

inventive/curious vs. consistent/cautious. I am equal for appreciation for art, emotion,

adventure, unusual ideas, curiosity, and variety of experience.

For extraversion I am above the norm as stated above. This is outgoing/energetic

vs. solitary/reserved. I am above this category for energy, positive emotions, surgency,

and the tendency to seek stimulation in the company of others.

I see for my self that in the extraversion I have surgency. This trait reflects

preference for, and behavior in, social situations. People high in extraversion are

energetic and seek out the company of others.

I see for my self in the agreeableness I have friendliness. This trait reflects how

we tend to interact with others. People high in agreeableness tend to be trusting, friendly

and cooperative.

I see for my self in the conscientiousness I have will or dependability. This trait

reflects how organized and persistent we are in pursuing our goals. High scorers are

methodical, well organized and dutiful.

I see for my self in the neuroticism this trait reflects the tendency to experience

negative thoughts and feelings. Low
