During the planning phase of your wedding, our office staff is more than happy to answer any questions, visit with you over the phone, through email or in person to help you with coordinating your vision for your special day. We love our D.I.Y. brides as well as the brides who want us to take care of most things for her. We want to help our brides make their dreams come true.
Your wedding and reception will have a Bridal Coordinator, Event Coordinator and full wait staff. We are here to take care of you!!
You may choose to have your ceremony in our beautiful white *Vintage Chapel, gorgeous Amish Garden
Gazebo or out on *Ashelynn Manor’s Acreage adorned with moss draped oak trees. Our Carriage House is the perfect place for your spectacular reception to unfold... * additional cost to our packages apply*
You will be given a coupon for a number of complimentary services from our preferred hair & make up vendor,
Exquisite Reflections and for our preferred invitation vendor, Memorably Unique. Again, relax and let us help you enjoy your whole wedding experience.
We will have a final meeting with you 2 to 3 weeks before your wedding and we will go over all of the particulars of your big day. We will finalize your wedding party’s order, the music and the order it is to be played in and even how you want your wedding party announced into the reception. We will have everything listed, even down to what you want to drink with your meal! Our coordinators will take exceptional care of you, your wedding party, and your families from the time you arrive until you exit the reception.
You will have an Ashelynn Manor experienced Bridal Coordinator to facilitate your rehearsal the week of your wedding, wedding ceremony and work hand in hand with our D.J. to facilitate your reception from start to finish.
On your wedding day, your Bridal Coordinator will pin all of your wedding party and family’s personal flowers on as well as guide your parents and wedding party down the aisle. Your Bridal Coordinator will stay with you through your pictures, direct you and your wedding party over to the reception when it’s time, bustle your dress, coordinate with the D.J. to have the wedding party announced and she will be with you through the completion of your reception.
You will have an experienced Event Coordinator and the full wait staff to oversee your reception, set up, receive vendors and take care of everything concerning your reception. She will fine tune the set up as you will have specified at your final meeting with Ashelynn Manor. You may decorate and add your own personal touches if you’d like as well. Your guests will enjoy the meal you have chosen for them. They will not leave Ashelynn
Manor hungry! One thing we often are told by guests is how much they enjoyed the food. We have wonderful
D.J.’s that will make your reception one that your guests will be talking about for months and years to come.
You may bring in your own alcoholic beverages of your choice and the set ups. The bartender(s) whom you hire from our preferred vendor’s list will serve your guests throughout your reception. We do not sell or serve alcoholic beverages. This is a huge savings for you!!
After you have exited from your reception, Ashelynn Manor’s staff has already started bringing up your personal items that you may have decorated with, used during your reception, any unused alcohol you may have brought in, left over wedding cake, etc. to the front of the hall for your family and friends to take home for you. We want you to be confident that you and your family’s experience at Ashelynn Manor will be relaxed, on-point, and exceptional. We take every measure to ensure that your day is the day you’ve always dreamed of!
