Issue 7 - Lorain County Crime/Drug Lab 0.08-mill tax increase

An additional tax for the benefit of Lorain County for the purpose of support of Criminal Justice Services at a rate of 0.08 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.008 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2014, first due in calendar year 2015.

Issue 10 - Richfield Joint Recreation District $7.1 million bond, 1.25-mill tax increases

Shall bonds be issued by the Richfield Joint Recreation District for the purpose of constructing, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving recreational facilities and acquiring, clearing, improving and equipping their sites in the principal amount of $7,100,000, to be repaid annually over a maximum period of 28 years, and an annual levy of property taxes be made outside the ten-mill limitation, estimated by the county fiscal officer to average over the repayment period of the bond issue 1.25 mills for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to 12.5 cents for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, commencing in 2014, first due in calendar year 2015, to pay the annual debt charges on the bonds, and to pay debt charges on any notes issued in anticipation of those bonds?

Issue 12 - Summit County 0.25%-point increase in the sales tax

The Council of the County of Summit proposes to levy an additional sales and use tax in the amount of 1/4% for the purpose of providing additional revenue to (i) operate and maintain the Summit County Jail, (ii) acquire, construct, equip or repair permanent improvements for the County’s 800 MHz Emergency Radio System, County 9-1-1 System and County-owned facilities, (iii) fund the County’s general fund and (iv) to pay the expenses of administering such sales and use tax levy for a period of 10 years, which shall be effective and levied beginning April 1, 2015, or at the earliest period allowed by law.

Issue 14 - Cuyahoga County charter amendment, right-to-vote rules

Shall the Charter of the County of Cuyahoga be amended to add Article XIV, which provides that the right to vote shall be a fundamental right
