My name is Hasan. I came from Bangladesh to study here in the UK. I am currently studying in University of Sunderland’s London campus. My course is BA in Business and Management. I am currently working as a crew member in McDonald’s but looking for a better working opportunity which Apple Inc. can provide. I have joined an event organized by Apple Inc. in our university where I got the details about vacancies in your stores. I want to apply for the post “Creative” in any of your stores in London.
I am a new comer to the UK but I have considerable work experience in my home country, Bangladesh. I have worked in international call centers which improved my communication and marketing skills. Then I have moved to event management sector where I mainly worked with the corporate clients regarding participation in various events, sponsorship and other issues. I was successful in my role and have gained vast amount of experience. I worked in teams as a member and also as a leader. I am a good listener as well as can present well in front of a group of listeners. I believe that I have the ability to explain and then convince people.
After moving to the UK I have managed a part time job in McDonald’s where I work with a team of people who came from different parts of the world. This job is helping me to understand the environment of this country and every day I am learning new things. I am also working as a Student Representative and here I have to play a role of the leader of my class. My class has a lot of international students and this is a challenge for me to work with them as they are from different cultures.
