Parents, as we prepared for our computerized End of Course testing, it is very important that all students have their Personal Learning Devices (PLD) at school each day from April 27 May 19. Unfortunately, we do not have storage or charging space at school to accommodate all of the devices. Therefore, we are asking your assistance in ensuring that your student brings their charged device to school each day. Thank you in advance for your assistance
● FEES Beginning today, all payments to the school must be paid in cash or money order. ● Dear Junior and Senior Families This year we are having a Senior Night of Reflection with the theme of "Living in Gratitude". The event will be held Monday May 18 from 67 pm at the UGA Chapel. This night replaces the traditional Sunday afternoon reception for Seniors and their families hosted by the Junior Class. AP Students and Guardians
Due to construction and limited testing/classroom space, we have a change in venue for Advanced Placement (AP) exams. All exams will be given at the 440 Dearing Extension, Building #1,

to provide or arrange their own transportation. This location is also near an Athens Transit Bus stop if you are unable to provide or arrange transportation. All morning testing starts at 7:45am and the afternoon testing starts at noon. We appreciate you being flexible, as we adjust our procedures based on construction constraints. We look forward to using our newly renovated building for future testing. If you have any questions regarding dates and times, please speak with your AP teacher or a school administrator.
