Alapaki’s Adult Care Connection (AACC), founded in 2008, is a facility that is family owned and operated. AACC values are built on strong family values, solid work ethics, and the best quality care for AACC residents. Alapaki’s Adult Care Connection is an assisted living facility. We offer assisted living and adult daycare. We currently have two locations in Hawaii and two locations in Nevada. Alapaki’s Adult Care Connections offer assisted living and adult daycare. Our assisted living allows seniors to maintain their independence. AACC also provide assistance to those who need assistance. AACC provide non-medical aid with daily living activities. These include bathing, grooming and dressing, transportation, medication reminders, housekeeping, laundry, fitness and exercise, meal preparation, and any other needed assistance (Willow Creek). AACC adult daycare offers help to those families who need that extra care for their loved ones, while they go to work. AACC services, which we call “Rockin’ Age Club”, have many activities that we provide. The “Rockin’ Age Club” services are available seven days a week, a structured and supervised setting, recreational activities designed to promote independence and self-esteem, health monitoring, assistance with personal care, hot meals and nutritious snacks, special diets are provided, and showers if needed. Alapaki’s Adult Care Connections offer assisted living and adult daycare in four locations. The first two locations, which opened in June 2008 and April 2009 are located in Hawaii. The first location was opened in Waialua, Hawaii. The second location was opened in Waipahu, Hawaii. The last two locations were opened in March 2010 and July 2012 is located in Nevada.
