Abstract
The Project Consultancy Data Management System is a windows provision for robotizing, controlling and checking the operations in a consultancy. It primarily concentrates on the operations in a consultancy like enrolling the new members, including new courses, updating new information, hunt down courses & parts, and redesign courses for learners and encouraging launch & culmination of courses. This framework is proposed to help in keeping up and arranging consultancy information effortlessly. This requisition programming will be not difficult to use for novices likewise. It offers a solid insertion and an appealing client interface. This Consultancy Data Management System has three fundamental modules Manager Module, Member Module and Faculty Module.
Entity-Relationship Data Model: An information model is a database configuration process which serves to distinguish and sort out the information consistently and physically. An information model advises what data to be spoken to in a database and how the data is utilized and how the things within the database will be identified with one another. An entity relationship model (ERM) is a hypothetical and calculated method for demonstrating information connections in programming improvement. ERM is a database displaying procedure that produces an unique chart or visual representation of a framework's information that could be useful in outlining a social database. These outlines are known as substance relationship charts, ER graphs or Erds.
Entity: An entity is defined as an “Object” distinguishable from other objects. An entity uses a set of attributes.
Entity Set: An Entity set is a collection of similar entities. The entities present in the entity set have similar attributes. Each entity set has a primary key- one or more attributes that uniquely identifies its entities.
Relationship: It is represents the relation between two entities
Relationship Set: It is a collection of similar relationships.
One entity set can participate in more than one relationship sets or act as different roles in same set. (R.Ramakrishnan, 2006). A database model refers to the sensible structure, representation or format of a database and how the information will be stored, overseen and prepared inside it. It helps in designing a database and serves as outline for requisition engineers and database managers in creating a database. Information that will be utilized for the counseling information administration framework is the entity relationship model (ER model). An ER model is a theoretical method for depicting a database. The primary parts of ER models are substances and the connections that can exist among the elements. Outlines made to outline these elements and connections are called entity relationship graphs or ER charts.

Requirements:
General Constraints, Assumptions, Dependencies, and Guidelines
The below items will present the general constraints, assumptions, dependencies, and guidelines that will be required to implement the development of the Consultancy database management.
The database should have user friendly interface which can be easily understandable.
It should be protected from unauthorized users.
It should be expandable to allow the additional changes in future.
Purpose:
The main purpose of this document is to provide the system requirements of the database for future modifications to the database.
Business Goals:
To perform the operations of the Consultancy more quickly and easily.
To provide maximum benefits to the students of the consultancy.
To be able to retrieve the information in an effective way.
User Requirements:
The system has to be available all time for all the time in all working days.
It should have a user friendly interface.
The server must not be down for more than one hour.
