My Three Passions
A passion is a strong and barely controllable emotion that will have an impact on you. It can be something that everybody loves, yet there is something about passion that takes great challenge, strength, and risk. My three passions are: fitness, friends and family. These passions are very important to me, and I do not know what I would do if I did not have them.
Lifting weights and doing Cardio is a very big passion of mine because I love the energy I get when I exercise it takes the stress away. I do ealmost everyday non stop cardio exercises for 25 minutes, Fitness gives me self respect and confidence. I have dreams to achieve. I do exercise 4 or 5 times per week alternating between upper and lower body. So an example is Day 1 - Upper body, Day 2- Rest, Day 3- Lower body, Day 4 - Rest, Day 5 - Upper body, On Upper Body days, I always do flat bench press with either Decline or Incline (alternate that too), and arm workouts. On Lower Body day, I alternate between squats and deadlifts as my main exercise, but I also do abs and usually pull-ups or rows on those days too. Being fit and looking good can change the people opinions at the first impact, I try to maintain a balance food because I used to eat junk food everyday like Mcdonalds meals, or a half large pizza from Pizza hut with a Coca Cola . I was being lazy for so many years, and now my life changed. Now I feel better everyday with more energy. When I workout at the gym I feel like this passion of mine has guided and helped me through bad habits that it’s kept me on the right track in life. When life gets tough and I wondered if it was worth continuing the love of fitness has brought me back on my feet. The adrenalin I get it makes me want to push myself to be the best that I can be
My friends have guided me, helped me, and most importantly picked me up when I fall. For example Roberto one of my closest friends, he push me when I cannot and help me to be a better version of myself. Albert is the one who always listen to my problems and push me to do the right desitions in life, Aida is the one who always are in the best mood , James likes to travel and always invite us with him, just for mention some of my closes friends. They are always there for me when I need them to be, and I cannot thank them enough because they support me. All of my friends are role models to me and I look up to them. My friends have helped me more than they probably know, and because of that I will always be grateful towards them and will always have a passion for them. Over the years I have gone through many changes. Some of those changes consist of physical and even personality changes. I have noticed that over the years I have become more outgoing and confident, as well as secure in my skin. I have grown to like myself more and accept who I am, knowing that there is nobody else in the world like me. Seeing different qualities in people has helped to shape my personality in the sense that I am able to view qualities that I both like as well as dislike. Growing up is part of life, as well as the challenges that come along with it. Even though the struggles are hard, in the long run they make you stronger and a better person. My family is very important to me, especially when I need comforting, but friends are the ones you spend most of your time with growing up, and they are the ones who see you go through hard times and are always there for you. Therefore, my friends are very special to me and have a huge influence on which I am now. One thing that I love and always will love about friends is the high hearted spirit and jokingness that comes along with it. Having a true friend means that no matter where you are or what you are doing, you will be able to always have fun. Over the
