Unit #3 ended 2014 with a positive fund balance of $2,392.28. The greatest contribution to the surplus was the lower than expected R&M, supply, and utility expenses. Because of the amount of the surplus, enclosed is a refund check in the amount of $169.00 for your co-ownership interest.
The reserve account ended the year with a positive fund balance of $7,215.39.
