According to my idea Creative and Smart Classrooms following are the goals of innovative and creative idea 5 Key Goals for the Creative and Innovative Idea
Professional Learning Environment
As now we have applied the idea of creative and smart classrooms to NZ Excel. There is a tough competition between other institutions and NZ Excel. To make the objectives better for NZ excel have to associate their teachers with the professional and creative learning environment so that they can generate and work significant and tied up tactics. Proper use of innovative technologies can be used for better understanding of students. For Example: there is proper professional environment in AUT University that’s why in today’s time AUT University is the best University of Auckland and most of the International students are attracted towards it.
Therefore, NZ Excel should focuses on its student’s better learning experience and their success in future by providing those superior and latest technologies and infrastructure.

Job Opportunities
Main motive of this creative idea is to provide job opportunities to the students in the business world or in any other courses in which they will be graduate in future. By knowing new smart technologies students can get jobs very easily in this Modern Technology Era because in this competition world one has to be very smart in their field to get respectable and worthy job with high salary. One should be creative and smart in its ideas.

Increase in number of enrolments of students
The additional objective or goal by this innovative idea is to increase the number of students in NZ Excel. As previously mentioned that NZ Excel has rapid growth of 25 students in 2010 and after that 800 students in 2015 that means on going year. But on other hand NZ Excel is looking forward that establish growth will reach up to 1500 active students in 2018. So the aim of this ideas is also to increase student up to 22-25%. This ideas will attract International students so they can learn how to use innovative technologies because this will help them to get jobs easily in the fields. By this ideas NZ Excel will secure their students future.
Increase in Profits and market shares
The main objective of every business is to make profits. For example: Stakeholder will only invest in that business from where they can earn or get profits and revenues. So the most important is gaining profit and if the idea is making profit then do works to attract students like making classrooms more creative and more innovative technologies should be set-up and automatic more enrolments will be there and the profit and revenue will increase up to 50%.
Collaboration to improve learner outcomes as well as Operational Efficiency
Over the following 3 Years NZ Excel will in partnership with AUT University it will provide strong and concise ways for students between two organisations. By this partnership students commitment and performance can be improved between the two organisations. Work together with other ITPs and Universities to enhance the conveyance of education to our societies. By this collaboration both the organisations will think how to make NZ Excel more creative and more smart classrooms for students.

B) Prioritize the 5 Key Goals
Now we will explain why these five goals are important for this innovative idea. From most important key goal to least important key goal we have to give explanation that which goal is to achieve first from these five key goals.

I. Increase in number of enrolments of students
Most vital goal of our idea are to increase the number of students as they are most important stakeholder groups of NZ Excel without students there would be no campus or colleges. If there were not students to attend there would be no colleges and institutes. Students are one who pay money into the institutes and universities and without their tuition there would be no revenue for anybody else the institute.
