我是西南大学教育学院的一名教授，主要从事教育管理、教育政策等教育方面的研究。我很高兴推荐王薇同学就读贵校农村教育发展方向博士研究生。
王薇同学于2009年就读我校在职硕士研究生课程班，2012年3月开始申请我校同等学力硕士研究生学位，研究专业为教育经济与管理，并于2013年12月获得本校管理学硕士学位。值得一提的是，王薇同学当时所在的班级有30人，她是班上唯一一位成功申请到我校硕士研究生学位的同学。本人在此期间担任其导师，指导其毕业论文写作，对该同学的情况有深入的了解。下面，我将从以下几个方面对王薇同学的情况进行介绍：
该同学品行端正，尊敬师长，为人诚恳，有较强的社会责任感和奉献精神。该同学2007年大学毕业后，自愿报名参加团中央组织的“大学生志愿服务西部计划”，被分配到国家级贫困县——贵州省习水县，在官店镇中学的担任英语支教教师。因其支教期间的出色表现，被评为“习水县优秀青年志愿者”。2011年至今，该同学在贵州省商务厅工作。
王薇同学掌握了较为扎实的教育学理论基础，具有一定的教育教学实践经验，持有小学英语教师资格证书、初中英语教师资格证书及高中英语教师资格证书。在攻读硕士期间，该同学表现出较强的科学精神，具有较好的研究能力和学术素质。在学习和实践中，具备较好的从事学术研究的能力和水平，能够独立完成硕士学位论文，论文研究资料丰富，引证规范，写作态度认真，观点具有新颖性，结构合理，表现出较好的理论研究水平。在学位论文答辩环节，该同学出色的表现，得到了在场5位答辩老师的认可，以优秀的成绩通过了答辩。
王薇同学在硕士阶段的学习认真刻苦，勤于思考，能够做到学习、工作两不误。同时，掌握了扎实的理论基础和专业知识，学习成绩优秀，为进一步深入学习储备了较为完善的知识结构和理论基础。

Being a professor from the College of Education of Southwest University, I mainly engage in researching on Education Management and Education Policy. It is privileged to recommend Ms.WANG Wei to study for a doctoral candidate on Rural Education Development in your university.
MS. WANG Wei enrolled in On-the-job Postgraduate Curriculum Class of our school in 2009. She started applying for a Master of Management of our university with the research direction of Educational Economy and Management in March, 2012. After hard working, she obtained the above academic degree in December, 2013. It is worth mentioning that Ms. WANG Wei, among 30 students in her class, was the only one to successfully gain the Master Degree. Luckily, I became her tutor, and gave her some guidelines and help on the thesis writing. We got on very well with each other. I think that I know her very deeply.
