We’ve made some enhancements! Please update your profile page in TMS.
TMS is our system for managing performance and where you can manage your career interests. Did you know you can select your next desired position, enter previous work experience and share your relocation interest? Taking this important step helps achieve your career goals by accurately capturing your relevant interests and job experience. This will assist you and your manager as you work on your IDP for short-term and long-term career goals.
Visit your profile page and update the following three sections:
New! Willingness to relocate: Complete this section for more options in your areas of interest. The more options, the more opportunities for your career path and future!
• Select, Anywhere, Limited or No.
• Pick up to three relocation places that pique your interest.
Next desired position: What areas of the business do you have interest? (Ops, Sales, FSO?)
Prior work experience: Tell us where you previously worked to help round out your career profile in TMS.
Did you know you can also add a profile picture to TMS?
Work with your manager to add a profile picture.
